Drive Change

Drive Change is on a mission to equip NYC-based, formerly incarcerated young people ages 18 to 25 with tools to succeed in the food service industry and life after reentry. With a 4-month paid fellowship incorporating culinary arts training, leadership development, mental healing support, and placements into living wage jobs, Drive Change is reducing the likelihood of recidivism for its participants — and simultaneously challenging hospitality leaders to develop more equitable workplaces through the Hospitality for Social Justice program.
