Ambition Angels uses technology to equip teens with skills to thrive in college, careers, and beyond. Many young people miss out on opportunities to develop the social-emotional and life skills they’ll need as adults. To meet this gap, Ambition Angels delivers free online courses through an app, rewarding participants as they go and helping them develop a habit of investing in themselves.

America On Tech is dedicated to closing the racial wealth gap by creating pathways for high school and college students of color into technology careers. Through structured programs that include tech education and mentorship, America On Tech equips students with the skills and connections needed to succeed in the digital economy. By partnering with schools and organizations, America On Tech provides high-quality tech training and career development, empowering students to pursue economic mobility and overcome barriers to success.

Using a multigenerational lens, Amplify GR works in defined neighborhoods with residents, community partners, and businesses to preserve and widen pathways that create greater opportunities for neighbors to participate in and benefit from community growth. Amplify GR focuses on advancing economic opportunity and community well-being while ensuring accessibility to mixed-income housing and quality education in the southeast side of Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Amplify Peace was founded to turn polarization into peacemaking and division into unity. The organization provides training opportunities, resources, and experiences to spark empathy and dialogue, with a particular focus on elevating the experiences of women and historically marginalized groups.

The Anti-Recidivism Coalition is a support and advocacy network by and for formerly incarcerated men and women. ARC runs in-prison programs preparing inmates for successful reentry, and support continues upon release with services such as career training, housing, and trauma-informed counseling.

Arouet Foundation’s innovative approach to successful reentry for women being released from prison incorporates a three-year program. Each year revolves around a specific set of learning objectives and desired outcomes aimed at easing the transition back into society. Arouet’s pre-release program educates women about health and wellness, education and career preparation, community and family integration, and goal attainment.

Arrabon inspires and equips churches and Christian organizations to pursue racial healing and reconciliation in their communities. The organization counters social division by fostering empathy across divides and equipping participants to constructively tackle tough questions and practice reconciliation in their own organizations and communities.

Ascend Dallas is a community of women empowering each other to overcome poverty through a tailored suite of services that build confidence and skills. Women are supported as they work toward their dreams, whether financial stability, starting businesses, or growing their families.

At The Crossroads supports youth and young adults experiencing homelessness who are disconnected from other programs and have fallen through the cracks of traditional services. By bringing its services directly to the streets, At The Crossroads cultivates long-term, unconditional relationships with young people who would otherwise be disconnected from consistent support — helping them build healthy and fulfilling lives.

Attack Poverty empowers people to attack poverty in their life and community by strengthening under-resourced communities through spiritual growth, education, revitalization, and basic needs. It breaks the cycle of generational poverty by developing platforms that strengthen faith and provide outlets to put it into practice, and by building connected relationships to foster transformation.
