Advocates for Community Transformation (Act) empowers men and women in underserved communities to fight crime on their street using the civil justice system — existing laws — to make neighborhood safety a normal reality for all. Act equips those closest to the problem — residents — with tools and support to protect their neighborhoods, pairs them with attorneys, and helps them complement the work of police and the city to create tangible, long-lasting change. Through Act’s work, community social cohesion grows, hope is restored, and residents establish collective efficacy, a willingness to intervene, and informal social control for safer, flourishing communities.

America On Tech is dedicated to closing the racial wealth gap by creating pathways for high school and college students of color into technology careers. Through structured programs that include tech education and mentorship, America On Tech equips students with the skills and connections needed to succeed in the digital economy. By partnering with schools and organizations, America On Tech provides high-quality tech training and career development, empowering students to pursue economic mobility and overcome barriers to success.

Amplify Peace was founded to turn polarization into peacemaking and division into unity. The organization provides training opportunities, resources, and experiences to spark empathy and dialogue, with a particular focus on elevating the experiences of women and historically marginalized groups.

The Anti-Recidivism Coalition is a support and advocacy network by and for formerly incarcerated men and women. ARC runs in-prison programs preparing inmates for successful reentry, and support continues upon release with services such as career training, housing, and trauma-informed counseling.

Attack Poverty empowers people to attack poverty in their life and community by strengthening under-resourced communities through spiritual growth, education, revitalization, and basic needs. It breaks the cycle of generational poverty by developing platforms that strengthen faith and provide outlets to put it into practice, and by building connected relationships to foster transformation.
