LIBRE connects Michigan’s Latino community to policies that lower costs.

LIBRE connects Michigan’s Latino community to policies that lower costs.

Near the western shore of the Great Lakes State, dozens gathered to hear from former U.S. Rep. Mike Rogers about the rising cost of living.

Latinos earn nearly 10% less than the average Michigan household, making rising costs especially devastating for these families.

They’re looking for solutions that offer real progress and deliver results for their community.

Mike Rogers recently joined The LIBRE Initiative in Holland to share policies and strategies to make life more affordable in the Great Lakes State. You can see Rogers (right) next to LIBRE staff (left) moderating the conversation below.

During the gathering, Rogers shared how lowering taxes and eliminating unnecessary regulations can unlock opportunity and economic prosperity for Latinos — and all Michiganders.

Attendees welcomed the opportunity to learn about a strategy that will make life more affordable. You can see staff (left) and constituents (right) posing with Rogers following the event.

Separately, LIBRE Action’s team has been connecting voters to Mike Rogers’ record of delivering results for Michigan for months, knocking doors all over the state.

You can see LIBRE Action’s Vionelkis alongside an activist below, speaking with Latinos in their neighborhood about the highly competitive Senate race where their voices can make a difference.

Together, LIBRE Action and Americans for Prosperity Action have knocked on more than 400,000 doors for Rogers.

LIBRE Action is reinforcing those conversations by reaching voters online as well. Below, you can see a recent Facebook ad that has already been viewed more than 100,000 times.

Thanks to your support, LIBRE Action is reaching a key voter segment — Latinos — that is poised to make the critical difference in key races across the country.

Because of your courageous investment, its team has knocked more than 175,000 doors this year in states like Colorado, Florida, and Texas.

  •  AFP’s and AFP Action’s efforts to elect the maximum number of good lawmakers at the federal and state level who’ll advance principled reforms once in office.

The Stand Together community is comprised of independent organizations, including 501(c)(3)s, 501(c)(4)s, and the 501(c)(6) Stand Together, Inc.
